 A convenient, fun & effective online collection of live & pre-recorded workouts focusing on techniques to help strengthen your core & focus on balance, flexibility & range of motion for lifelong movement that leaves you feeling well.

Who is this program for?

  • You know you should move your body more but don't know where to get started.

 

  • You're intimidated to workout because you feel like you're not good enough, strong enough or a million other things your mind comes up with.

What You Get When You Join!

Convenient options

You can choose to take Live classes from anywhere or catch the recording at your convenience. Or you can opt to take advantage of the Video Library to access classes any time that works for you!

efficiency

Live classes will be 45 mins long & every minute will count!

Most videos in the library will be 15-20 mins or less so that you can add some quick but effective movement into your day! 

community & input

The Live classes will be via Zoom where you will hopefully get a bit of that class feel from home.

I will also continue to ask for your feedback on the focus of classes & input when adding videos to the library.  

self care

All of the classes & videos are designed to leave you feeling well - physically, mentally, emotionally. 

We will emphasize intention & breathwork which will help you to perform the movements in a more mindful way bringing awareness to your own needs & abilities.

Move Well is a convenient online space where you have the option to take advantage of both live & pre-recorded classes so that you can fit in a little movement that works with your busy life!

Once you opt to purchase classes, you can begin scheduling classes which will secure your spot. You will receive an email with the Zoom link and you will also able to access the Live class recordings. This way if you miss a class, you can still catch the replay at your convenience. 

You will have the ability to select which classes you desire to take & will receive the link as well as a reminder email before class takes place...because let's face it, we can all use a reminder once in a while ;)

You also have the option to forgo live classes and instead choose a subscription to the video library, an organized collection of pre-recorded videos, where I will add new content weekly (with your input). See option below.
