For years I chased an unrealistic & skewed definition of "healthy." This led to an irrational relationship with food and an unhealthy view of myself leading me down a destructive path of dieting, obsessing &  restricting. And it all backfired.

It wasn't until I began listening to my body, finding joy in cooking, eating & moving in a way that nourished me & found peace with myself that I completely changed the picture of my health & my outlook on life. Now my goal is to help as many women as possible find that same freedom.
