Strawberry Oat Jar

My girls LOVE strawberries. They disappear within about 15 mins of me bringing them home from the store & washing them. My oldest has been begging to bake with strawberries.

I didn't have the time to try & get super creative so instead, we made a slight variation of our usual overnight oats & came up with the perfect spring breakfast, snack or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 scoop of vanilla Complete protein powder

  • Cinnamon

  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar (male syrup can be used instead)

  • dash of salt

  • 1/2-3/4 c coconut or almond milk

  • strawberries cut small

Add-ins:

  • combine the dry ingredients in a mason jar & shake or mix

  • Add the milk & mix & shake well again

  • place in the fridge for at least 10 mins

  • ENJOY!
