Strawberry Oat Jar

My girls LOVE strawberries. They disappear within about 15 mins of me bringing them home from the store & washing them. My oldest has been begging to bake with strawberries.
I didn't have the time to try & get super creative so instead, we made a slight variation of our usual overnight oats & came up with the perfect spring breakfast, snack or dessert!

Ingredients

1 cup oats
-
tbsp ground flaxseed
-
1 scoop of vanilla Complete protein powder

Cinnamon
-
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar (male syrup can be used instead)

dash of salt
-
1/2-3/4 c coconut or almond milk
-
strawberries cut small
Add-ins:
-
combine the dry ingredients in a mason jar & shake or mix

Add the milk & mix & shake well again
-
place in the fridge for at least 10 mins
