What happens if I can't keep up with the modules?


You will be granted lifetime access to this course which means that you can go at your own pace & come back to the videos & materials at ANY time! This also means that you will have access to the latest version of the course each time it launches. I tried to keep all of the videos short & to the point & left you with some really helpful resources so that you don't feel overwhelmed but that you still have gained a lot of value.




How much time do I need to dedicate each week?


Each week a new module will be released with 3-4 lessons. Each of the videos in the lesson are less than 10 minutes. If you choose to take part in the weekly meal prep, you can plan to set aside about 1 hour, preferably on a day when you have a little time. I like to do my food prep on a weekend or Monday morning so that I have a fridge full of healthy, grab & go food for the week!




What types of equipment will I need?


I like to keep things simple & that goes for my cooking tools & equipment as well. There will be an entire lesson on some staple things that I believe every kitchen needs, but if you have a good knife, cutting board, pan, pot & some baking sheets you should be pretty well covered!
