  • What if I've never exercise like this before?
    I am equipped to teach all levels through modifications & variations. I will differentiate the classes as much as possible & I will be sure to have some beginner videos in the library that will help you to get started & feel confident! There will also be options for other types of movement other than Pilates including targeted areas, stretch & energy burst flows!
  • What types of equipment will I need?
    My goal is to make this as convenient & accessible as possible, but also to teach the importance of using our bodies own strength from within. That being said, we will not use much, if any equipment at all other than a yoga mat, possibly a pillow or towel for modifications & maybe some light weights (which can include water bottles, cans, or jars) in some of the arm work videos. Basically just bring yourself, your mat & your determination!
  • Do you have a refund policy?
